How can i make a booking?
We can accept your bookings over the phone, or via e-mail. If you book via e-mail, we will confirm the booking has been made. Please ensure you provide us with your correct e-mail address so that you will receive your confirmation e-mail.
When should i make a booking?
As they say, earlier is usually better, although we strive to provide high-quality service even on very short notice. To help ensure the most seamless and uncomplicated service possible, we recommend that you book with us as soon as you know when our services are required.
Can you pick-up my delivery now, and hold it for a short time before delivering it?
Absolutely — we can temporarily hold your delivery in our warehousing facility. We also offer long-term storage options at the same facility.
Do you have dock access?
Yes — we have dp world access and maritime security cards.
